Phase 1 is entirely free with no commitment. Phase 2 costs €350 if done standalone — no deposit, 100% upon delivery of the audit report. These €350 are deducted from Phase 3 if the mission continues. Phase 3's €990 are deducted from Phase 4 if the mission extends.

That's perfectly fine. Phase 2 alone costs €350, with no deposit, 100% payable upon delivery of the audit report. If you later decide to continue, these €350 are deducted from Phase 3.
Third-party AI service subscriptions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google…) are at your expense and not included in our fees. They're estimated at €30–300/month depending on your usage. We provide precise estimates in our audit report.
No. We train your teams and provide user guides. Solutions are designed to be usable by non-technical staff.
It depends on the scope. Phases 1+2+3 take about 2–3 weeks. Phase 4 varies based on the number of solutions to deploy, typically 1–3 months.
